Terms and Conditions

PREMISE

These general conditions may be updated or modified at any time by horizontal.shop, which will communicate them through the pages of the website.

OBJECT
These General Conditions of Sale have as their object the purchase of products made remotely via computer network on the website www.orizzontale.shop: purchases are aimed at private customers and companies.
Each purchase will be governed by the provisions of Legislative Decree 22.5.1999 on distance selling and, as far as privacy is concerned, will be subject to the legislation of articles 7 and 13 of Legislative Decree 6/30/2003 n. 196.
 
ACCEPTANCE OF THE GENERAL CONDITIONS OF SALE
These General Conditions of Sale must be examined online by Customers who visit the website www.orizzontale.shop before making their purchases.
The telematic sending of the purchase order by the customer implies the total knowledge and full acceptance of the General Conditions of Sale.
 
ORDERS AND BILLING
horizontal.shop is an electronic e-commerce sales site.
Purchases of products, as described and illustrated online, are made by the customer at the indicated price and include VAT. Any shipping costs will be added to the order amount, according to the methods listed in the section dedicated to choosing the type of shipping (when completing the order).
At the time of the order, a confirmation e-mail will be sent, showing the indicative expected delivery date.
For each purchase made, a regular receipt/invoice will be issued attached to the delivered goods.
In case of non-fulfilment of the order by horizontal.shop (in case of unavailability of some items, particular production problems or causes of force majeure), horizontal.shop will promptly inform the Customer, refunding the same sums possibly already paid for the supply not performed.
 
SHIPPING, DELIVERY AND PRODUCT WARRANTY
Horizontal.shop products can only be shipped to subjects residing in European Union member countries: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden.
The Products purchased, which always travel at the total risk of the recipient, will be shipped from horizontal.shop to the address indicated by the Customer when placing the order.
The goods are carefully checked and packed. The customer is required to verify, upon receipt, the conformity of the product, that the packaging is intact, not damaged or wet.
Any damage attributable to transport or inconsistencies relating to the number of packages must be immediately reported to the courier.
Once the courier's delivery document has been signed, the Customer will not be able to make objections regarding the external characteristics of what has been delivered.
Any notification of defective goods or goods not pertinent to the order must be sent within 7 days of receipt. After this term, no complaints or returns will be accepted.
The processing times are approximately 3/7 days. for standard products and shipments made on the Italian territory.
No responsibility can be attributed to Horizontal.shop for delayed or non-delivery due to Poste Italiane or the Courier and/or due to force majeure or unforeseeable circumstances.
Shipping and delivery costs are entirely borne by the Customer (unless expressly specified) and are shown in the SHIPPING COSTS section.
 
PAYMENTS
The payment of the Products purchased and the related transport costs must be made by the Customer before the order is processed; orders placed through the website can be paid through PAYPAL, SHOPIFY PAYMENTS.
 
RIGHT OF CANCELLATION AND WITHDRAWAL
Pursuant to art. 64 et seq. of Legislative Decree no. 206/2005, the Customer (if qualified as a "consumer"), has the right, within 14 (fourteen) working days from receipt of the goods, to exercise the right of withdrawal.
The aforementioned right of withdrawal must be exercised by the Customer, under penalty of forfeiture, by registered letter with return receipt to be sent to Orizzontale di Nicola Ciappa, c/o Studio Rossi Ciappa via Giulio Cesare 15/G, 66054 Vasto (CH) - within 14 ( fourteen) days from receipt of the Products.
Returned products must be perfectly intact and in their original packaging.
Cash on delivery parcels will not be accepted for any reason.
horizontal.shop will, in the shortest possible time and, after receipt and verification of the integrity of the returned products, refund the sums paid by the customer (as indicated on the invoice with the exclusion of delivery costs).
This payment will be made through the credit institution issuing the card used or to the bank account indicated by the customer.
The costs of returning the product to horizontal.shop are charged to the customer.
horizontal.shop will reject any product in the event that:
1. The product has not been packed in the original package and complete with all accessories and anything else contained in the original package;
2. The modalities and times established by law for making use of the right of withdrawal have not been respected.
 

Incorrect addresses - undeliverable parcels:

If we receive a shipment back due to an incorrect address entered by the customer, the cost of resending the package will be charged to the customer. If a surcharge should be foreseen by the carrier for the return of the parcel to us, this will also be charged. If you choose to cancel your order due to non-delivery due to an incorrect address entered by the customer, the customer agrees that the original shipping costs and return costs (if any) will be deducted from the refund amount. If a package is returned due to an error on our part, we will resend it at no additional cost to the customer.
